Twisty is seen again in episode 2, [[Massacres and Matinees]] A Store clerk retruns form the diner with a coffe for the store owner. He finds a drum that's on the floor and moves to pick it up and put it back in its place. He turns around to find a wind-up robot toy heading towards him from the next area tracking in a trail of blood in its path. The store clerk heads towards the toy, Failing to notice Twisty Lurking in clear sight with a pair of scissors in his grip, however he is so still he seems to look like a doll or a Pretend clown. |

Twisty is a retired clown who is unhappy with the arrival of the freak show and seeks ways to make their lives a living hell. He is a character in Freak Show portrayed by John Carroll Lynch. He wears a mask at the bottom of his face hiding his missing lower jaw.
Twisty is seen again in episode 2, Massacres and Matinees A Store clerk retruns form the diner with a coffe for the store owner. He finds a drum that's on the floor and moves to pick it up and put it back in its place. He turns around to find a wind-up robot toy heading towards him from the next area tracking in a trail of blood in its path. Once the clerk reaches the end of the trail he finds a pool of blood. and looks up to see his Boss's head has been torn off and is sitting on the shelf. He takes a quick step back to get away from the sight and Twisty is behind him, and jams the scissors into his throat. The store cleak never saw what kis killer looks like, as this was all done from behind. however the look on Twisty's face doesn't show that he is happy with what he has just done.
