Kaylee is an inexperienced witch with an unpredictable pyrokinetic power. She is a character in Coven portrayed by Alexandra Breckenridge.
Background
Kaylee is a pyrokinetic witch. Inexperienced with her magic she had a tendency to unleash her powers during emotionally charged outburst. This earned her the reputation as an arsonist in her home town, though she was never charged because of a lack of evidence. The most significant outburst almost killed, or possibly did kill, her ex-fiance, who left her because she was "weird". She eventually is contacted by Cordelia Foxx and offered refuge at the Academy. She refused the offer, deciding that she instead wanted to try and live a normal life and find a husband.
Personality and appearance
Kaylee is a young woman, possibly late 20's. She has shoulder length red hair and a thin physique. She is soft spoken and a rather hopeless romantic. Despite her apparent beauty she is quite vulnerable and insecure, this is shown when she breaks down because of her boyfriends decision to leave and her questioning of Hank's sincerity towards her.
Story
An inexperienced witch, Kaylee is seen talking to Cordelia over whether or not she should join the Coven. They later talk about Kaylee's past, revealing that she was charged with being an arsonist, though has not been convicted. Kaylee then decides not to join the coven, and leaves. Hank is seen overhearing the conversation. Kaylee meets up with Hank at an apartment. After having an intense session of intercourse the two reminisce. Kaylee recalls how the two met on a dating site and how, to her, Hank was different than every other man she had spoken with. Hank caresses Kaylee as she speaks about their special connection and how much she likes him. When asked if that is a problem Kaylee responds by saying only if he intends to break her heart. It's at that moment that Hank draws his silenced pistol and shoots her in the head.
It's later revealed that Kaylee was a witch, and Hank discovered Kaylee while she was seeking help in the coven after burning her boyfriend to death with pyrokinesis. She was one of many witches who have fallen victim at Hank's hands, who is revealed to be a witch hunter.
