Room 64 is one of the rooms of the Hotel Cortez.

It used to be Mr. March's office when he built the hotel back in the 1920s. In 1994, Sally and Donovan used it to get stoned and he died on the bed.

In the first episode, Iris told Agnetha and Vendela that they never rent out the room but she settled them there after the Mattress Man showed up at their previous room. After Gabriel checked in, he was settled in Room 64 where he was raped by the Addiction Demon. When Gabriel died, John Lowe came to check out the room after receiving a mysterious anonymous call. He rented it and started living in it when Alex decided to push him out the family home. He also had sex with Agnetha and Vendela's ghosts there after they seduced him looking for their purpose. Afterwards, he checked out.

The Hidden Chamber

There is a hidden chamber behind the wardrobe in the room. It's used to keep a "memory" of every murder commited following The Ten Commandments. Two of the victims were killed by James March and the rest by John Lowe. The trophies include a thief's hand, field workers' teeth, a man's tongue and eyes, twin brothers' hearts, Martin Gamboa's brain, gossip website editors' vocal cords, a television priest's spleen and Detective Hahn's penis and testicles. They are stored in glass tubes with golden label of the commandment that has been broken.
