Devon is a copycat Bloody Face (and possible prankster) that appears to Leo and Teresa in Briarcliff Manor. He has a twin brother named Cooper.

Episodic Appearances Edit

• "Nor'easter" - Devon appears along with his brother Cooper (both disguised as Bloody Face). Devon guns down both Leo and Teresa as they attempt to escape the ruins of Briarcliff Manor. While Cooper is visibly disturbed by the act, Devon is gleeful over killing them since they killed Joey, their accomplice. A fourth Bloody Face soon appears to the shocked brothers.
• "The Origins of Monstrosity" - It's revealed that the real Bloody Face killed Devon and Cooper. The bodies of Devon, Cooper, and Joey are found to be strung by cables attached to the ceiling and staircase rails.
